Information we collect
Foundations EMS Training collects the information needed to process class registrations, communicate class details, track payment and applicable state-registration steps, and maintain accurate rosters. This may include your legal name, date of birth, email, mobile number, agency, certification level, certification number when required, and comments you choose to submit.
How information is used
Registration information is used only for class administration, required registration workflows, payment-status tracking, class reminders, record correction, and direct support. This platform does not collect card or bank information.
Access and retention
Registration records are restricted to the Foundations EMS Training Administrator and authorized service providers needed to operate the platform. Records are retained only as reasonably needed for class administration, legal obligations, and business records.
